We want to know what is happening with your teen and family and why you are seeking treatment. We will also share our treatment philosophy, program goals, and therapeutic services offered.

We’ll review your application and determine if you are a good fit. If we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll find you the best referral we can.

Financing Options

We offer several financing options for our services, and we’re happy to work with you to find a flexible solution.


During your intake call with the ROWI admissions team, we will help you work with your private insurance to determine the specific type of coverage you have for mental health and/or addiction treatment. ROWI is an out of network provider. Private insurance companies may cover the entire treatment fee or a portion of it. Should your insurance carrier only cover a portion of the ROWI treatment costs, we will help you explore other financing options so that your family can secure the help you need.

Private Pay

If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, ROWI will provide a superbill or itemized bill of services at the time of discharge. If you decide to submit your claim to your insurance provider, we can help you process additional paperwork required by your insurance provider at no additional cost.


ROWI has financing options available to all clients which will be discussed with you and your family during the intake and pre screening process. Upon verification of coverage, we can begin the enrollment process and explain the program in detail so you know exactly what to expect on admission day.
